Hi.

Im owner of a BMW E46 320D 150HP. After i bought it i went to chip tuning spec and he made me 185HP.
Then after few years i made myself this mods:

- Decat both cats (no dpf - EU3). I have left original cat box and just took cats out
- EGR Off by hardware (no soft)
- Installed bigger Intercooler from fmic
- Changed turbo to GTB1752V

After all that mods i made another dyno run and... the result is 165HP.

I don't know why but when i made dynamic logs with test-o i saw this strange behave:

   

red - boost is
blue - boost requested

run: 3 gear from 1000RPM up to 4500RPM

So why is turbo making this drop? It pump it up, then down, then once again up and down.

It runs hard in the limiter. you ecu try to handle it. thats why it goes up and down.

I drive the same turbo and engine at 252HP and 530NM

Try a Reset for all modules in CAS with Inpa. When the ecu cant handle it, let a good tuner remap your car again.

isn't CAS responsible for anti thieft system?

yes. and with INPA or Ista you can make a reset off all.

In CAS you can do a reset of all ECUs. It clears all learned values. Then your engine control unit learns new. It is possible that he gets better with the new turbo.
