Mini r60 DSC fault 5e88
Hello, from last week I try to understand what the problem is but without the effect ...
Mini R60 allroad, dash fault 4x4 and dsc in ista fault: 5e88: "DSC All-wheel drive control, output stage, error" In the control plan, ista wants to change the DSC module, so I changed it to used, without any effect, then I buy new from BMW, I code it, but it's still the same ... I checked the wires, I have no idea where to look, will someone help me? Some suggestions or experience all this? |

RE: Mini r60 DSC fault 5e88
Hi, on other forums I found: 5E88 - DSC: Hydraulic unit, pressure sensor: internal
and from E90: pressure sensor Ci2: error in voltage supply (ciruit 2) But i suppose the pressure sensor and the hydraulic pump are part of the new unit...strange Maybe software issue? And rather check fuses and grounds. |

RE: Mini r60 DSC fault 5e88
I haved see those topics, first time i have change hydraulic block with electronic but doesn't works, soo i have brand new only electronic without hydraulic block. I have flash with ISTA/P and WINKFP but fault dosen't go off.
The error pops up immediately after switching on the ignition, and start engine. Its making me crazy... |

RE: Mini r60 DSC fault 5e88
I had the same issue as you, replaced the pump and the 5e88 went away, but I still have code 5e83. I went ahead and replaced the emcd clutch, but I still have the 5e83 code. After replacing the clutch, did you do any specific coding or take any other actions?
