I've been reading around the forum but can't quite find an answer. Is it possible to remove Component Protection with the cracked Odis 4.2.3? If so, is it possible to add features to a retrofitted MIB II radio such as apple car play etc?

For Components Protection you need to install those Online Certificates which some people offer at seller area costs about 20-40 $.

After that you need a GeKo Login. GeKo Login you can buy at some sites for 1 month 130-170 $ or some people in seller area will login over teamviewer(remote control) and use their login details for like 30-60 $.

For MIB2 enable Apple Car Play or MirrorLink features, on some Units you need SwAP (Software As Product) / FeC Code. You can buy this only at the Dealer and then they will put the code for you in for free or you can put it in over the cracked odis online connection.

It is not only to go in ECU 5F over online connection and press "Enable Apple CarPlay"
