Can somebody tel me how instal post setup step by step? Because when i unrar this folder then i see iso image file. This can not instal first must burn on cd and then instal???

well guys i'm gonna tell you my situation

i have a laptop with 64bits with win 7 and all updates without to install any other software or additionel java nothing but win7
i have a vas 5054A (Clone)
i want to use the vas 5054a with Guss Odis edition 4.4.10 full
Through all the instalation process everything goes right and without any errors
post update also with aprox 7GB without any errors all fine
After all i connect the vas 5054A Clone to the laptop it gives the right drivers and etc till it finish and i start the Odis it start all fine But the software NEVER Recognize the Vas!!!!
so i tried to unistall the softing v42 to 41 it doesnt help either and i try to install the vas without any good result.....
what im donig wrong in all this proces???
need help please or a clear tutorial for connecting en geting this work and dont tell me please......... U must know how to install it otherwise it will not work

When do you apply the vas5054a clone fix.exe?

First I install ODIS 4.4.10 without a reboot. 
Then I copy and replace the launcher and jar file without reboot. 

What is next?
PostSetup or Clone Fix?

Im only installing ODIS-S
 
The only part I was not 100 sure of was when you say “Apply Crack EXE”
 
Im using the Guss version.
 
All installs ok, EDIC manager can see the 5054. In ODIS when you go
To the “EXTRA`S” and use the change device option, ODIS lists
My 5054 and let me choose it, but ODIS will not pick up the car.
 
I have tried everything walkabout I can find, but I cant seem to  
Get it to connect.
 
Any ideas

Applied the 4.3.3 clone fix, restarted and connected perfectly
