ZVW  VW T5 airbag light on, seatbelt code 00654
I recently bought a VW T5, the airbag light is on, the person I bought it from said he had the issue so replaced the airbag and didn’t work, he was then told it could be the seatbelt tensioner but again that didn’t work for him.

I’ve tried to reset the codes (cleared a few) it but there is one code showing that I can’t clear

00654 - seat belt tensioner igniter drivers side (n153)
32-00 resistance to high

Can anyone help?
