yesterday f11 with icom clone no Problems.

Maybe is just me (i'm lucky) but i've tried everything , i've even formatted the hard drive and start everything fresh , i've fixed operations report TAB but unfortunately the software update tab is greyed out even with spider80 .dll.
Previous to this version i never had problems at all

For the fifth time: post picture of your registry

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\WOW6432Node\BMWGroup\ISPI\ISTA]

And from

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\BMWGroup\ISPI\Rheingold]

I think that's your problem.....

Hi! I had a working version of ISTA/D, copied the files of this post on top of my installation, replaced license, ran the regfixes, but nothing. I even tryed the one from the fellow member which is a few posts up. Can somebody help me out? I am trying to get this to work to be able to do Software Updates on my ECU and TCU. Thank you very much.

Edit: The psdz folder is incomplete isn't it...? Well I am sorry for being so lost right now.

We need more people like this who help people who are just a bit stuck!

I realize there are people on here who do not research things and just expect answers, but a point in the right direction really helps!

I have removed my Rheingold folder and unzipped only the contents of the download. However now I get the following message: Failed to start ISTA. Please make sure your ISTA configuration is valid.

i understand basic data choice is not available anymore but the system cannot decode short vin anymore?
i get this error when I enter a short vin:

   

when i enter full 17 digit vin, it is OK. previous version didnt have this issue.

can someone help please?
