ELM 327 / OBD2 is compatible with VCDS?
i have elm327/obd2 (see pic) and i want to know if it is compatible with vcds.. if no which program suppost this kind and acts like vcds?

No only original or clone vcds cable is compatible. You can use mobile Phone Apps like Carly, or maybe also OBD Eleven with it.

Nop, for android you can use torque pro, quite good app
