If you have proper device it can work with bluetooth. But for flashing... USB.

how to proceed with step3 "trade-retail" folder?


EDIT:
got it.
-> Copy the "PostSetup"- folder to the rootfolder
Start ODIS with admin rights, and select local folder...

In the postsetup you will have the option install much more languages --> also turkish
