any master in here know fix this ?

It says clearly, enter the full vin, not the short one. Just check the release notes, it's all there. Used to be possible to use the short vin, not anymore.

Hi, i have problém with manual writing VIN. ista say: internet conection to dealer. sad

doesnt work with full and short VIN.

I have downloaded and installed as faq-en.pdf describes but in package is missing "BMW Standard Tools Setup 2.12.0" 
Is there any source where can I get it please?

Guys,
tried everything, I think I unpacked it like 10 times, and ALWAYS I got '....could not be connected to one of required databases... DSS #00046632EN

Anyone got idea? Or can help via teamviewer?

Can't instal NetFramework 4.7.2 or 4.7.1(windows 10 says its invalid for this system)

U doing something wrong.
In Win10 NetFramework 4.7.2 build in if updates is turn on.

Hi Guys, hope you can help.

When Reading out a vehicle, directlt after the vehicletest rheingold terminates itself. When restarting te test again it works correct. It does that with every vehicle. Reinstalled ista 2 times.
