can you specify the eeprom reference
i can help you
here write this file to ecu and put key close to start button and start car the remote function won't work wirh used key
You have to bring newtoyota key and you can adapted with diagnostic device
The used key ease the job for you
Good luck
but to have the pass you need to report back and press rep 3thd button on left and thanks bbutton on the right side

Try this

After change the file, switch ignition On by put the key facing the logo close to start button and pres start button without depressing the break pedal

after the Dash illuminate, (ignition in ON state)
Add key by any diagnostic tool

I don't know if tango have this option because i don't have

Tango only write to emulator or LKP02 or CN5 chip, no OBD to add smartkey

On H-Chip with Mechanical key I see the option learn key but have not test it yet
