HOW TO INSTALL!! -

**** Run all as admin and turn antivirus off to bypass any install issues (or not, its up to you) *****

1. Install 86 before changing the date to 1/7/2015
- keep the date until you finish step 5
2. install patch, option 2
3. WIn back of system (optional)
4. Open program with powered interface connected, choose non dealer
5. create a restore point, then remove VCM
6.  Change date to current ---Now, instal latest version, 111.01
7. After installation, roll back the restore point from step 5 and activate it. Then open the newest program
8. Install fordextendprogram and run as admin

DONE. -

This has been tested on newer vehicles? 2012 and up? I have yet to see a successful native install of 86 to current version IDS function properly. The only working versions are VM or a true subscription.

I haven't tested it with newer vehicles myself. Not sure if they are alluding to it working or not working. - Link to VM's with it working please?

By "working" I assume you mean online programming. Really hope you didn't give someone money for that software. There is no true "cracked" version of IDS that can go online with latest programming unless you are using someone else's/stolen IDS account. And that will be shut down real quick once multiple people have accessed it and all VCMs associated will be blacklisted.

VCM 1 Serial Change instructions and video updated. This works for the Rotunda VCM 1 Ford, Lincoln, Mercury, Mazda, Jaguar, Land Rover, JLR etc. Red Brick. Original is tested and works. Old method but still works.

yes its match wih clone ones but in real ids installation but with this methode no ids not recognize vcm2 with  2.4.xxx firmware tested regards
