HOW TO INSTALL!! -

**** Run all as admin and turn antivirus off to bypass any install issues (or not, its up to you) *****

1. Install 86 before changing the date to 1/7/2015
- keep the date until you finish step 5
2. install patch, option 2
3. WIn back of system (optional)
4. Open program with powered interface connected, choose non dealer
5. create a restore point, then remove VCM
6.  Change date to current ---Now, instal latest version, 111.01
7. After installation, roll back the restore point from step 5 and activate it. Then open the newest program
8. Install fordextendprogram and run as admin

DONE. -

So all this new version stuff is only to make the software work with newer models? Does this mean that none of the IDS softwares out there actually communicate and download updates from Ford servers? So it uses old files? I always wondered about this. Like the old GM -2008 programming software out there that lets you pflash cars up to 2008 but with old files that use to be on dvd's and people ripped them. So if there;s an update, the old software won't have it, only GM servers will. Is this how these Ford IDS work? Just old files that are from v86 but you update the software only so you can use it with newer models? To me it doesn't make sense, bc how can old files work with newer cars? Someone can shed some light on this new noobie.

After the upgrade from 109 to 111 the version ich bricked.
IDS only works when I install 86 with restore point, upgrade to the newest version and restore the system files?

111 is the newest version out right now. 111.06 to be exact. MAybe something was changed from 109-110 to 111. Corrupted files and such. Either way, I would love a VMWare of 111.05-06. But have yet to find it. Only 106 is what I found. Stable. Good luck

There is a 107 VM available that is a deepfreeze and not the garbage 86 hack. This IDS 86 hack is just like the JLR SDD app.war hack; pretty much useless.

That's what I'm looking for. I found one here, which you commented on, but it's v106.01 Any chance you have a newer version? On eBay you can find 109 vmware or 111.05 vmware as well. Not sure if they use deep freeze, but it has to be or they use this cracks that people use. The v111 is kinda expensive, not sure what they use.
