Thanks for advice.
From experiments, I see that MCE is good for card read. Probably during write by MCE I have demaged memory card. Maybe it could due to wrong settings. I prefer for write to use Card Writer. Ps. Card Writer is not so bad. Just it is good to change speed of your COM port for 115000 in Windows settings. |
