I have installed diagbox V08.01 on my computer everything installed and opened correctly I then installed the other updates up to V08.17 everything ok then I installed the V08.17 to V08.37 and the installation went wrong and this message came up
THE INTERNET UPDATE WAS NOT PERFORMED CORRECTLY
PLEASE RESTART TOOL
can anyone tell me what is wrong

           I think I now know what I am doing wrong for a start I don't have virtual machine software installed on my
computer and I don't think that my laptop has the correct hardware to run a virtual machine software can anyone tell me which virtual machine software to use

HERE IS THE LATEST UPDATE ON PROGRESS
used megadowload tool and downloaded APP 817 837 to a folder on my desktop then I opened folder used right
mouse button and I then chose to run as administrator in the dialog box next entered password Simple extracted
files then when finished closed computer and rebooted once rebooted used right button in the dialog box  chose
run as admin same result internet update was not performed correctly
what am I doing wrong

i have made an interesting discovery
i used demon tools to mount 801 and after mounting diagbox
opened to the activation page i closed it and shutdown
then i opened AWRoot_v7_Conf+Ativation_v8 and ran as administrator
and installed once completed instead of runing diagbox i opend
DiagBox_updt_802_Simple and ran as administrator once it finished
i restarted my computer once restrated i ran diagbox as
administrator it actiated diagbox and it installed lexia and
planet peugeot once completed diagbox opened and at the top
right hand corner instead of displaying 801 it displayed
802 i then closed diagbox and ran DiagBox_updt_802_Simple
once finished i restarted my computer once restarted i ran
diagbox as administrator and then this message apeared
THE INTERNET UPDATE WAS NOT PERFORMED CORRECTLY
so in my opinion DiagBox_updt_817_837_Simple is the inncorect
update to install after DiagBox_updt_815_817_Simple so i
would like to ask Simple to check what is the correct
sequence or order of which the updates should be installed
to veryfi i deleted the diagbox mount and remounted 801 and
installed once 801 was installed and runing perfectly i
installed 802 it installed corectly and diagbox ran corectly
so i am of the opinion that the APP_Update_817-837 is
either corrupt or is the wrong update to install unless i
can obtain the updates from another source i can not prove

I was hoping that David would have the courtesy to inform every one how was this issues solved. Alas, he did not.

Any way, for the benefit of those who may face the same issue. The solution was very simple, just reapply the same update "APP_Update_817-837.exe" again without rebooting.

Hi Mate, thank you for the great work, I try to install on a vrtualbox machine it works very well until version V8.17, if I do update V17to V37 it asks me activation, I have tried several times always the same
