Last time is a few years ago and it was on a E61 (ISTA-P and winkfp I think).
I assume in the standalone version the flash data is not included, right?

Can I also simple update my installed ISTA with this new one? Or have I first to remove the old one?

Old remove, new install.

It worked, but in the Versioninfo the "Global Data" and "Service Data" has an older Version, not the 4.13.23. How I can upgrade these too?

Can you please clarify: 

1.  Isn't ISTA-D now ISTA+ for the current and near recent versions?  
2.  What is BLP, SDP, and ESYSY in the context of those (me) needing to update programming on an F series?  Are those software items available within the download on this thread or is it separate?
3.  Isn't an ICOM also needed to do any programming with ISTA+ on an F series?  Running ISTA-P on my F30 showed ISTA+ required for programming, not ISTA-P.
4.  I've seen ICOMs selling for ~$250 on ebay.  Is that a reasonable place to get those?  Are they plug-and-play?
5.  Lastly, on this thread, I was able to run istap but couldn't get ista+ running.  Are the downloads updated with everything working or is it expected to read along the thread and make updates according to posts following the initial download thread?

All updates for Windows must be installed before installation of ISTA. That known for everybody.
