I use ista/d 4.13.23
Today,,, When I connected to car,   error message is displayed " Windows BITS queue is full. See DSS solution #00047275." 
please help me...

Your problem is your inattention. I asked - Port number of the cable which? And you again about obd.ini. I saw your file.

This version have problem with end of session i can't close program
soltuion alternative is go to task and close session manually
any member have this fail?

I think you would be better off trying to get a newer version running, than spending time fixing this old one.

look i page 3 of this thread, your problem maybe a Windows problem : not an ista problem.
