Mercedes Atego valve problem
Hello,
I have some problem with Mercedes Benz Atego year 2004. The DTC reader show me code
7708 Proportional valve bank 1; short circuit to ground
Where is this valve and what is his work.

RE: Mercedes Atego valve problem
Bank 1 is for engine retarder flap, fan 1,2 and decompression valve. Pin 12 and 52, X55 connector, is power supply( +24V). Usually MR fails.
