WKIA  2017 Kia Niro Code B149000
Hello,
I have an issue that I hope the community will be able to steer me in the right direction. I bought a 2017 Kia Niro. I have resolved a number of the electrical issues with a GDS E-K-03-12-0000 KIA GDS update 2016 update. But one code I have been having problems with. B149000. The ocs sensor was bad so I replaced it. I entered GDS to begin the reset procedure but it wont give me that options for that code. Instead it wants to Reset the Airbag module. This will not solve my issue (I have tried to complete the given option with no luck) . also B149000 does not show up on my dtc manual list within the GDS software. It simply skips this code. I am guessing this is a part of the issue?

Basically I would like help to get my current version of GDS software to complete the repair below to show up. Is there a way to get the software to this point manually?

Here are the instructions for this repair:
NIRO(DE HEV) > 2017 > G 1.6 GDI KAPPA > Airbag > Airbag(Event #1) > B149000 OCS(Occupant Classification System) Defect
