VW Golf MK6 Instrument Cluster/Dashboard Signal Light Problem
Greetings!
I am experiencing problems with some LED lights on my instrument cluster (PN 5K7920880D SW0407, originally installed on a Golf Cabriolet). Have any of you guys experienced similar problems before? As shown in the 2 photos below, once the key is turned on, the Left Turn Signal, Fuel Cap Off, Low Fuel Level, and Shift Lock lights (as circled) all turn on automatically (in dimmed state). With some testing, it seems these lights are turned on by the Seatbelt light, meaning they go on/off when seatbelt goes on/off. Yet for the Shift Lock light, it's the yellow LED below the green LED that goes on/off, thus making it yellowish. The instrument cluster has no fault codes. Thank you in advance for any advices. |

Is there a single chip that's responsible for controlling all the LED's? It seems more than one LED's are affected now. |

I know some people can repair it in China, it coast 60USD above. |
