Hi all.  came to me headache, ford mondeo mk3 90PS without pump and pcm, we have found 2 vp30 pumps, 1 from worked same mondeo other from other mondeo but dont even know does he really worked. We returned car to people who have ata0532, they installed pump and car came back to initialize pump and pcm. Pcm too from working mondeo. After that we cant initialize pcm&pump becouse we don't have 2 keys, we buyed new transponder, programed to ecu, and start initialization. Everything done successfully, and dtc b2139 gone. BUT... After try to start up car, shows again b2139 it's like pcm losing their synchronization with pump... Okay, we changed only pump ecu to other one with same numbers and after initialization and starting up shows p1563 and 1664. What we just did not do, we changed transistor, have tested pump valve, have looked at chains and wiring, everything okay... Maybe someone have any ideas ?? Maybe ecu is faulty?

Working with forscan, in live data have choose PCM engine speed and fip engine speed with injection, pcm monitors engine speed fine but fip always shows 0 and injection is -6.
