Entrynav2 6.5 > 8.8 screen
I'm looking to upgrade an entrynav2 (entryevo) 6.5" screen to an 8.8" on an F30, has anyone done this retrofit and know which screen is required, part number if possible?

thanks

RE: Entrynav2 6.5 > 8.8 screen
You have to use simply the screen from nbt or also nbt x15 (10.25") simply install and code hu for higher resolution

Hi Wibbles,

Im in the same boat as you.
Im planning to make a similar retrofit, but I have an NBT screen that works with 8.2volts
I havent measured the voltage from the unit, maybe we can use a converter: Lm2596 unit

I have already made the test but is not working,

DISPLAY_SIZE_RESOLUTION = 8.8_1280x480
DISPLAY_VARIANTE = breites_display
CID_APIX_MODE = APIX1

I think that te voltage is different
Also important to mention that the cafd shows that entryevo is just Apix2.

So it looks like an EVO ApIX2 screen will work.

Did anyone have any luck? I tried an EVO ID4 screen without luck, I tried apix1 & 2 & spi & mii but just get “no signal”

i performed this retrofit, only an APIX2 screen will work - I tried with APIX1 and even with the right coding it won't work.

I will post the coding parameters I used when i get back to my office later today.

RE: Entrynav2 6.5 > 8.8 screen
Hello
I dont want to make a new threat and dont find a better one
Does anybody know after retrofit and coding 8.8“ display on entrynav1
On the right side it shows a kind of splitscreen but its just black left side is normal if splitscreen is enabled

But if its deactivated it seem not right but i cant confirm this because the right site is also black is there an option to activate splitscreen separately?
Maybe someone had this issue too and can advice me how to solve it
