No. IstaLauncherConsole working perfect to update SQLiteDBs. Please check Registry.

Hi Sedoy, thanks for your standalone version.

And there are suggestion, please do not include data version in regfix, just like spider80/pshoey did.
If people run your regfix before use the IstaLauncherConsole, the IstaLauncherConsole won't run because IstaLauncherConsole will think it's already the latest data version according to the registry.
