Hello Guys,
im driving an Mini Cooper S 174 HP.
Actually running following ZUSB 7636752 on the DME.

According to Winkfp, its the latest/newest Version if i click Update.
According to ISTA-P, its 7636722.

Which one to trust now, ISTA-P or Winkfp?

It sounds like the datens accessible by WinKFP are older than the datens accessible via ISTA/P.

They are the same, im using the SP-Daten folder from ISTA-P for Winkfp.
And they are the newest aviable actually.

7636752 is the replacement from 7636722....
not sure why ISTA/P would roll back...

That's why I'm confused. So you would also say go with 7636752?

Any update on this? Since I have the same issue om my BMW: I have updated a handful of modules in my car before updating the DME module as well. I have used solely the Comfort Update mode from Winpfk for this, since this is generally to be assumed most safe. I have used the latest V65 SP Daten as well.

Now I have noted that all my modules updated ZUSB numbers were higher than the previous ones. Except.... the DME(DDE721) updated to a lower number using comfort mode. Is there reason to think there might be something wrong? The car runs on it at least. No notable difference yet.

Suggestions here? I am not an expert reading the HWNR and HIS files. Thanks.

My Problem was

ISTA-P is saying 7636722, Winkfp is saying 7636752 for Update
ISTA-P Version is DME 24 MED172 MT Basis 9RY
Winkfp Version is DME 34 MED172 MT MILOFF 9RY
So i went again to 7636722 because i do not want MILOFF Version in the DME.

For your ZUSB:
8514383 (old) -> 8519744(newest) -> DDE_1P_N47_4Z_DDE721_D20
8478904 (already newest) -> DDE_8K8_N47_4Z-DDE721_D20

8519744 is for Cars like:

I do know I have a UT31 model (via realoem). The numbers after that are not clear to me. How do I link those to my car? Or is your advice to go with 8519744?

I assume those are SA codes.
for example: 205 (S205A) would be auto tranny. 169 (S169A) would be "Abgasnorm EU3" and so on...
So by looking at the FA of your car you should be able to link it to the right software number

I'm not 100% sure, still haven't fully figured out the WinKFP "ecosystem" myself biggrin

Just so we are clear on something, when it comes to using WinkFP to update modules, they only read from version number to version number. Not accounting for VO or anything in the car. For instance, if you try to update the CCC in an E60, the GW (62) has two possible ZB numbers. One for LCi controller and one for the old one. WinKFP auto chooses the LCI SW regardless if its an LCI or PRE LCI car, but ISTA P reads the VO of the car and chooses accordingly....
