Whatever VAT you have, say 20%, that's already 500 euro
Deduct usual 15% off discount from BMW dealer, that's already 425 euro
So from Germany direct you will get it even cheaper.

Most of us are VAT registered and have discounts with BMW dealers or other agents...so yeah ICOM NEXT about 400 euros smile

And if you are not VAT registered, well just ask a friend who has a business then. Not complicated

That is not the way tools are priced in dealer network.
It is different to parts.
They come at a cost price to dealer and they MARK THEM UP.

Parts come to dealer at a retail price and they are discounted DOWN by the coding level.
The dealer then will give you PART of this discount as a trade customer.

In Ireland, one dealer I know charges €480 +VAT (23%) which amounts to €590 to ordinary customer.
I know others that charge more than €600 +VAT.

However, your point about NETT price of €400 in Germany is valid.

"Faulty ICOM vehicle connection. The programming scopes are therefore not available. The possible causes is an incorrect ICOM connection sequence. Perform the following steps: End process. Switch on ignition or activate PAD. Unplug the ICOM vehicle interface. Reconnect the ICOM vehicle interface at the vehicle. Start new process."

anyone else know what the icom soldering fix is for this?

thanks

RE: Help! Can't program 2015 F32
check the ethernet connection in ESYS
ethernet  tcp://169.254.92.38:50160
[Image: 4582db9a16a7.jpg]

when you connect via ethernet,
I'm fine
(configuration)
itooradar (reservation as for INPA / NCS)
ICOM is to be in the normal configuration
as for the E series
Set ESYS as shown in the picture
