here try with flash but i think it need to be off in  eeprom to

before write correct chksum

I have no program to correct chsum 
Eprom is in the file you corrected bro, i have read all (flash eeprom) together

there is no eprom file because your read is not correct you ned to separet the file like this
read eprom
read flach
raed all
