As some of you noticed, lately, we had a shortage in time and staff. This is all due to multiple things going on in the background, so to clear everything up we are making general announcement this way. By the end of next month we are preparing to make new releases and because of this our staff was diverted from normal day-to-day jobs. In addition, BlackBOX Sistemi has changed ownership and is being reformed.

1) HUTOOL V4 ANNOUNCEMENT & RELEASE:
- Next generation of HUTOOL, fully independent of ediabas and esys.
- Multilanguage support and native support for ASIA computers
- Private VPN module for remote connect & HUTOOL VPN server

2) BMW FSC TOOL v1:
- This is new tool that will be released and it will directly replace F/G Flasher.
- Ability to flash and/or activate with FSC any module in BMW (including but not limited to: DME, KAFAS, NIVI, etc.) which gives ability for full sport conversions like: competition package for M bmw, GTS conversions, black badge RR conversions, etc. Full list of supported DME upgrades you can find in attachment of this email.
- Private VPN module for remote connect & VPN server.

3) OWNERSHIP CHANGE
- After new year, we have been acquired by another automotive company. More details on this will follow as we are being transformed and reorganized. Names of company and products will not be changed, only enhanced.

One more time, i thank you all for understanding. Last few months we were more than occupied with all that is comming, several people from support and sales were pulled out of their jobs so they could help with upcoming changes and their organisation.
