Turn of your car, lock it and wait about 10 min. Than start the car and it should be all OK. Sometimes car computer needs to fully shut down and than is all ok.

Thanks. I tried this procedure last night when I finished update, but anything didn't change. Today all day is the same. I first time see this situation. When I press nav button, immediately this screen opens and all other in nav is frozen. Other functions of CIC are working properly. Car is F07 7/2010, previous update was 2016-2 and never problems with Nav.

Hi I have a question about updating the maps in the car, when you put the 1UsB files onto a USB stick do you leave them as the rar files and don’t extract them. So they stay as the part 1, part 2 and so on.

And what format usb stick is best ?

You need extract all files. At root of flash drive you must have files config and folder PKGDB
