New laptop,

ISTA + Will not load from my second SSD, Works fine on my C:/ 

Followed all the help below reinstalled Windows and ALL the Software recommendd below double and triple checked it all still nothing,

Works fine on the C:/

Problem is I can't add the SDP files as they are too big for my C:/ and I must move to the D:/ in order to make my ICOM work to code on ISTA +

Windows 10 Pro 1803 64bit 16gb mem i7,

Installed ISTA-D Standalone again as I have over 100 times,

Windows fully up to date, vcredist,Net Framework,vs90_piaredist all installed and completed.

RCleanerV4.4 Run, ISTA-D Reg Fix x64 and 32 Added,

Redownloaded, Reinstall Windows, Same Issue,

Tired all the working version i used before nothing,

Just hangs with i click on ISTAGUI and will not load tired as Admin and without Admin,

Tired with shortcut and from the direct folder,

Whats going on? done this so many times,

Any ideas thanks?

Turn off antivirus, brandmauer and windows defender.

Most likely, you are missing on of the prerequisite software.

Did you install java?  Why did you use both 32 and x64 ISTA-D Reg Fix? As Almaretto said you're probably missing some of the prerequisite software. Any 3rd party antivirus installed?

netframes works 4-6-4.72. recheck all prerequisits , last time I had similar problem was net frameworks

I've had this issue with antivirus, it silently quarantined an essential operating file, so the software wouldn't load. I reinstalled several times, and each time, files would silently be quarantined. Check logs on your antivirus

Ok so I found out the problem and I don't know why it's now doing this I use to run it on my other Drive all the time with 4.12.12 etc

I installed ISTA + to my D:/ as the SDP is 120gb or more extracted my C is only 150gb,

If I install ISTA + to my C without using the BPL and SDP then the program will load fine however if you try and run it from the D HDD then it fails to open will just hang, The HDD is an 500gb SSD installed inside the computer not an USB drive,

Fresh install of Windows 10 64bit 1803 updates applied,

Java, JRE64 and 32 Defender Firewall OFF no antivirus is on or installed prerequisits all checked Twice, 64bit Reg file applied

I can't get it to run off my other HDD, and Don't really want to format the whole drive,

Any ideas?

Hi already done it 4 times now, Reinstalled Windows Twice, Java Jre Netframe Prerequistis all double checked,

No anitvirus installed Defender offline Firewall off Checked for Blocked Programs in the Firewall In and Outbound rules nothing there,

Hi already checked firewall and in and outbound settings, Re install windows Turned off Firewall and Defender still same issue running from my second SSD

Missing nothing mate, I can make it run on the C:/ so that means it's all installed fine, Once I reinstall to my Second SSD I get the issues of the program not wanting to load anymore,

I run RCleaner and Run the Reg file again, Installed Java had double and then triple checked all prerequisite software

Windows updates all applied to.
