CIC Firmware too old. It needs to be updated,.

Correct, and North America EVO 2018-4 is the latest.  2019-1 is not released.

Hi Shawn, my car received the 2019-2 OTA update for Texas yesterday. I have searched quite a bit for the full North America 2019-1 EVO update and haven't had any luck. Do you know if any North America EVO 2019 maps have been released since your post a couple of months back?

Latest is North America EVO 2019-2, which was released about 4 weeks ago.
