SIsuzu  Isuzu D-Max 2.5 Spedo
Hi,
Please, any hint for this nightmare...
I open this Spedo to correct mileage, and all seems to work fine till
the point where I put Ignition on...
Temp. gauge rise  up to 70Cº
Fuel gauge rise up to full with reserve light on...  devil
Conclusion: from both gauges, clock spring lose his adjustment...
Anyone knows something about it, how to prevent it...

If the mileage changes, restore the original file and try.

Dont think that there is any relation between dump and temp./fuel gauges...
As I wrote above clock spring lost his position/adjustment...

Have you tried the original dump ? Have you got the needle motor spring connections in correctly? or have you damaged the needle motor?

hi, last time i have broken one dash like your's ,it have a very sensible needels
when you take them out & specially when you turn it a little it be damaged,
they loose their correct tension & their calibration (i speak about the spring-tension).
so for those DMAX Dash it's so hard without a pinout connections... nerd regards

RE: Isuzu D-Max 2.5 Spedo
Thanks for your´s replay...
I´m waiting for the second dash...
Then I will see what I can make...
But the problem was that I have turned the needles from one point to another, for the adjustment...
Are there any pinout connection to avoid this damage...?

Its quiet easy to find pinout now which you have one dash open. See the direction of the chip and solder cables from the back side of PCB.

Now it is easy, this dash is for playing...  happy
Need to find GND pin on the backside of eeprom and solder cables...
Need to pray that not another component will blow...
