Windows 10 error rheingold 4.13 database connection error
INWindows 10 64 bit error rheingold 4.13 database connection error ,while I install at windows 7 64bit no problem.i need to help my friend to install but the problem is his laptop only windows 10 64bit.

1. Missing/mismatch in registry
2. Incorrectly installed DB's (not extracted or are blocked) 3. Missing prerequisite software |

if your have not unblocked as other have said , myself have had similar problems w windows 10 , my fix copy files to c drive 1st from within it own operating system then move to x86 program folder
and don't for get to apply reg fix. hope this help you and or other lost my mind more than 1x trying to figure out , but this has work for last 2-3 update . good day all CT members |
