Thanks guys unfortunately it was wrong ecu with different HW number and coding for automatic transmission :/ I bought another one with same PN and hardware version. I would really appreciate if you can match them for me please.

Solution from volavka worked fine but managed to repair original ecu. EDC17CP14 is directly driving motor in actuators for EGR, Throttle body and Swirl Flap unlike older EDC16 setups that had separate fused supply power feed and only control and feedback lines are directly connected to ECU. I had an issue where seized throttle body managed to burn driver inside of ECU. You need to carefully remove PCB from the casing as drivers are fitted on top of the board. There are 3 drivers in EDC17CP14 the one closest to 60pin connector is for EGR, moddle one for Throttle Body and one at the corner for Swirl Flaps. They are ST L9929 and interchangeable with ST L9939. Replacng driver IC solved the issue with flashing glow plug and Throttle Stuck Open error....

Hope it helps somebody and saves some serious $$$ in the future...
