Hi guys,

I am trying to update maps from MOVE 2011 to MOVE 2018-2 on F25 BMW.
The situation is like this:
-the car came to me with navi asking activation code in order to start (I resolved this by entering lifetime FSC),
-tried to update map but the USB stick is not detected (used the glove box port).
USB stick is working fine in other cars.
Replaced the USB port with another one and the situation stays the same (no stick detection).
I also noticed that after restart of head unit the changes that I made before (map scale and some aditional settings like dynamic guidance enabled) are lost and it asks for activation code again.
I have no errors for head unit in ISTA.
Any ideas on how to solve this?

Do you think that FSCs status can be related to stick not being detected? 
Did you encounter similar behaviour?
