No

To avoid any further problem you should reset dpf and delete all fault code, then you can read the file.
If you like to do this in the proper way.
I can do dpf and egr for you not the problem even delete those fault code but will not promise you if will be no issue i the future.
All file should be read without any fault code

I agree, always readings with clean files. if sometimes the dtc is present it is necessary to cheat the control unit in some way and make the reading without DTC present,
