BMW IPO File
Does anyone have a copy of the IPO file to flash the KOMBI on an E60? Trying to do this with Winkfp and it can't find, and neither can I, 16KOMB16.ipo
I am trying to get rid of a couple of fault codes, the airbag/restraint warning is on and if I clear the faults from the instrument cluster the airbag light goes off for a few seconds and then comes back on. Codes are A560 and A559 which is Instrument cluster - instrument panel power supply switched off - but the instrument cluster lights up fine so a bit confused about where to go next |

I've flashed E60 clusters with WinKFP with it myself. Put it in C:\EC-APPS\NFS\SGDAT To note - on the E60 (and maybe other chassis), if there's a break/short in the lines going to the passenger airbag OFF light (overhead) - it'll illuminate the seat belt light and the airbag light in the cluster. If you don't feel like fixing the wiring you can code central airbag module and set the illumination brightness of that light to 0%. That's how I fixed it on mine. |
