Can this software be used with some passthru interface?

I downloaded ista from the link above on Mega.
After running the steps on the tutorial I get the net message after starting "istagui.exe":

Failed to start ISTA.
Please make sure your ISTA configuration is valid.
In doubt reset any non standard ISTA configuration and reinstall ISTA.

Any Idea how to fix this?
I'm using a clean windows 10 laptop.

Can you post picture from registry, and from SQLiteDBs folder.

i have the same problem pictures from SQLiteDBs i understand but from the registry where i must take a picture??
The ISTA-P work fine but the ISTA-D no any version from 4.5 to 4.14 the same error, can you help me?

i`v already trouble with this version

SQLiteDBs are in right folder ( DiagDoc..., 2xEng, 1xOther)


with older Versions never had such problems

if i install back older Version from Spider80 (4.10.20) everything works again

You are missing files in the Database that's the only reason it won't load I have used every single release that sypder has sent out for last year or so,

No problem the only problem I once had was the sessions would not activate and around half a day later there was a fix for it replacing files in WSM and ISTAGUI folder,

What is the size on the SQL folder?
