i already have Odis service on this PC, will Odis E install as well?

I'm trying to install and this version and always same error, it doesn't matter if I install ODIS S or ODIS E, can someone to tell what's wrong with installation?
Windows 7 x64 is now installed, do I need some other programs as pre request? NBT EVO Apple CarPlay Full Screen, Navigation, Video in Motion, SSH, CP

Unistall all versions of Microsoft Visual C++ ,then install ODIS.
