Deltas are intermediate updates between the major updates. Sort of an add-on over 09.2018 in this case before the next xx.2018 update. Just ignore deltas first when you install 09.2018. Once finished, run delta updates one by one.

how to install this? should i combine all the ISO file together ? i can see in B1 a start installation file that doesnt work (maybe something is missing )

hello zman,thank you for your help , i have EPC working now , but WIS is still missing
if i try to install the wis database it asks for the medium or data and none of the iso has it 
is this iso only EPC or am i missing something ?!

EDIT: lookslike the wis files are missing .. iwill try to download them
