Help!!
I have been trying for weeks to get Diagbox working, but no matter what I try, I cannot get the VCI to be recognised.

I have tried 2 routes, a Laptop running pure Windows XP and PP2000, and a Laptop running Windows 7 32bit in VM, which I have managed to install Diagbox patched up to 7.83.  Both versions of the software start, and do run, but both are throwing up VCI Not Connected Error.  I have tried to use PSA Version Checker on each, but the software is not detecting the device.  I have connected it with short USB cable, to various USB ports.

I seem to be missing the device drivers, but I am struggling to find them on my disc, as I think this is probably the reason it is not connecting.

Am I missing something obvious?  Thank you for reading this, and apologies if I am being a bit thick about this, but I am new to the software and the device.
