Odis-S 4.10.10 with Vas 6154
hello all. i am currently installing Odis 4.10.10 and i will use Vas 6154. i am familiar for setting up vas 5054a (and Vas 5054a plus) for Odis but this is my first time for Vas 6154. do you know if there will be an extra setting for this tool, other than selecting Vas 6154 while installing Odis-S???

If you mean for original Vas6154 then you can found official user guide for the Vas6154 on the Odis main installation folder and on the \Selbsthilfe\ by to select your prefered language and then to click on the index.html.......  Regarts.......

It is a chinese technology very similar to VCX nano. Dont try to flash firmware with VCX nano or clone vas6154 without testing first on a spare CU. They have bluetooth but not amb2300, so they cannot be firmware updated (only from their app), could not find memory modules on these clones, no oki on clones either. thank you for comments. finally, after usual installation, should i merely connect device to car and to pc via usb cable, and let pc to install drivers? or should i do any extra thing?
another wierd situation is that, on win10 x64, when i start installing odis 4.10.10, software didnt show me vas5054a option, but only vas6154 and one more other thing. occasionally i have vas6154 with me so i didnt get concerned. but if i had a vas5054a, i have no idea what to do. did anybody encounter such a stupid situation? |

That's why you not have the option to select the Vas5054............ So under windows 10 only the Vas6154..............
