it has never been a good idea to use a database edited even within the same major version, example language database 4.14.12 will give problems in some ABL inside 4.14.20, It seems ok, but asterisks will happen somewhere, although in latest versions total size of language database doesn't change after updating (small size of update file around 500 Kb)

I don't think this is best way to get language package. I modified files version 3years ago ,but only for myself test.

Additional Language pack,

13 languages to pick from 

4.14.12 SQLiteDBS, Tested on 4.13.14 and 4.14.20 ISTA + Working fine.

Following languages can be found,

CZ,DE,EN,ES,FR,IT,KO,NL,PL,PT,RU,TR,ZNCN

I don't claim to know how well these are done all I know is I have loaded them into my 4.14.20 ISTA + and tested most of them out alongside the English language,

All the profiles seem to function just fine no errors shown in ISTA like normally if you were to use a 4.09 file etc

I can't promise anything to you if there is an error in the translations I found this on a google drive link that has now been password protected so I am guessing it was an error on their end and I managed to grab the full drive before getting removed,

I am now uploading 13 of them to my Google Drive and will provide the text file with each link inside,

Each ZIP file is password protected all i ask is that you give me a REP + Thanks if this helped you out,

Which ISTA version is best compatibile with this language pack files, 4.14.14 or 4.14.20, or ...??
