Because your car is before 03/2010 and than the unit have only 8GB nand, this map is to big for that unit. this map only fit on units after 03/2010 with 16GB nand
Wait till BMW brings the official release, this release is compressed, specially for the older units.
but now the navi keeps asking for the usb to continue that instalation, what to do to get back the 2018-1 version working?

How do I find if I have 8gb or 16 gb nand? My E90 was manufactured in June 2010...but I am not sure if I should go ahead with updating this for my business unit.
