After I remove the airbag unit from the right front door,
I get error codes and can not delete them.

000006 Side Airbag front-right (resistance too high)  I have tried another unit but the same error.

Why is it crashed?

It gets internal fault when there is too much frequency of an error code, shorts in accessory components, wrong components plugged in, crash data, or the cold caused a true hardware fault in the airbag module.
Very common of Temic MRSZ3 module.

It can be cleared only with MCU reading/writing tools. Error can easily come back when the module is bad.

Can I use BMW Scanner 1.4.0 for this problem?

No, BMW scanner will not do it.

The module is very likely the "Temic MRSZ3" which no tools can do via obd or diagnostics line. On the main board only.
