you can test connection with tool32 or inpa
NBTEVO, ENAV2, MGU  - CP OFF, Navi , APPS , Carplay, AA

no option to edit, only delete all and write new

when you do it with ista, ista deletes all entires and updates from online. as you'd edit the entires online

in the top right corner tick the box that says "on top",  this will add service data to your existing service data
