I am experiencing exactly the same issue on my desktop platform ( ID4 upgrade ID5/6 )

I tried various methods, finally importing FSC 0xA0 is still rejected

1. load _DEV_UDS => HU_DELETE_PERSISTENCY_NEW => delete all incl SWT
2. load _DEV_UDS => HU_SPECIAL_NBTEVO_REPAIR_NAND
3. USB .bin (clear FSC)

In your case it looks like you have latest istep 11.2018?
If thats the case, it is not going to work. you can't apply BIN, you need to downgrade
And because this is ID4 converted, radio will crash all the time with that late istep
Go back to 11.2017, it will run fine.

my istep is 7.2018 , i know 11.2018 is not allowed usb .bin files
i will try downgrade to 11.2017

Ok. Yes 07.2018 is very bad for id4 converted to id5. Keeps crashing and black screens etc

I already clear V850 and flashing i-step 17-03-509 , but same error ( SWID_CHECK_FAILURE ) ...

Istep downgrade was just stability suggestion. Not a fix to your fsc loading issue.

Did you clear component protection as suggested in previous posts? If active...follow previous posts advices and report back.

if you need to insert the FSC patch, I can provide you with an autoinstalled package, which removes component protect in many cases. you must send me the serial number of the 'nbt.

Once you have inserted and removed the error you can insert your fsc patch.
