I don't think that is possible.
With BMW you can only search on vin or license plate.

Are these two numbers engine numbers or short VIN?if engine number,only some special markets with it.

It's the engine number engraved on the engine block.

BMW Region HQ can tell you. But the question is will they?

I had much trouble with BMW Norway to get that info when doing engine conversion.

Really doubtful. They are very uncooperative.
