XZBMW  2014 Bmw 328d used ECU edc17 need to virginize
I have Bmw 328d 2014 that came with burned out Ecu, bought used edc17 Ecu now I need someone to virgize the used ecu so I can program it to my car.
Have ista, esys, any help is much appreciated
Willing to pay to get it done or for any help that will resolve my problem.

You will need to pull ISN from FEM to write it in. Virginize will not work, there is no sync procedure.

Hi Mate 

From what I know with ISTA/d u can do CAS-DME synchronization , I use to do it in E series to start the car but in F series I havent tried but I guess it is the same  

look at this video it s good explained

Please do not get your information from Youtube.
Yes, it is misleading you.

The video is for N62 engine, with ME9.2 dme.
ME9.2 dme is the last BMW dme that supports CAS-DME sync, with short ISN and rolling codes.
All the rest newer ECU do not. Virginizing will not help newer ones as there is no sync. Anything with long ISN (128-bit) does not sync.

Even a lot of later model E chassis does not work with cas-dme sync.
