1j0 920 821 A no MPG

Hello

this is my first post, i am very happy being here.

I have Octavia MK1 model 1998, i swapped the cluster with Golf MK4 one (1j0 920 821 A), and i installed CAN-Bus wires to Engine, then i adapted the keys , and everything working fine except that the middle display in the cluster can display the trip time, Km and average speed Km/ but for fuel consumption and average fuel consumption are always zero

Please help how can i get those reading correctly

ecu does not have an economizer
