Car is BMW E46 320i 2200 24V with 170 PS and manual gearbox and I want to change engine, ECU, EWS 3 and ignition coil with key from E46 330i 3000 24V with 231 PS with automatic gearbox.
Car don't crank, I think that EWS and DME must be synchronized but because of gear box software must be changed too.
Both ECU's are Siemens MS43, is it possible to change software and flash software from manual gearbox and which number?

Yes, you should use winkfp to flash the 330i flash.

Forget all that key, dme, ews, coil nonsense.

7545670 should work. Flash and then clear adaptations. Very important.

you can try change your typecode to 330i, and try to flash dme with winkpf in comfort mode

SP daten updated to the latest and still no connection to ECU.
Engine, ECU, Kombi and EWS is from RHD but car is LHD, do I need to rewire or something else to make for new ECU to work?
Do I change back original instrument cluster?

You will probably have to trace your wiring to see why you have no connection.
Does the dme have ground, +12V, and K-line confirmed?

You can also flash on desk if needed.
