Popcorn Limiter please?

ZVW  Popcorn Limiter please?
Could someone add a popcorn limiter at 4K for me please?
While at it could you check if the Remap thats already on the files is any good for the car spec? Was meant to be professionally remaped by the previous owner.

Car:
2004 1.9TDI Golf V (UK spec)
BKC engine code (PD105)
EDC16U Ecu
Full straight through exhaust, Egr delete, K&N filter

here it is

Flashed this map onto my car just now and it doesnt have a popcorn limiter? Its got a rev limiter at 4.5K but its not popcorn limiter.
